Teeth Falling Out

One of the most common dreams for people is about teeth falling out.

Natural weather disasters is another dream that people have on a regular basis. People may dream about fire, earthquakes, floods, or even dreams about the world ending.

What Do Nightmares Mean?

People can have nightmares if they are struggle in real life. For instance when you feel stressed, anxious or you have suffered from a trauma.

A nightmare is often a vivid dream and often involves distressing events, a nightmare will often wake a person up from their sleep. A nightmare can give you a real feeling of fear and anxiety.

Even though nightmares are very common in children they also can happen to people of all ages.

Most nightmares mean that you as a person is experiencing a stressful event in your life, it could be a family bereavement, partner problems, a new job, starting at university, a forced move.

Some people may experience nightmares because they are taking a certain medication, or stopping the medication. It could also be if you take illegal drugs. Or if you have really drunk way too much alcohol. Also people including children can experience nightmares when you have a fever.

If you have frequent nightmare’s you may have something called sleep apnea and you may need help from your doctor.
